Vitamin problems!

Hi! Newbie. Just had my sleeve done on November 17th. Everything is going great except now that I'm eating real food I'm suppose to be taking my Vitamins. I'm having a real hard time with this. Not only do they fill me up. But they taste HORRIBLE! I can stomach the Calcium and B12. But the multi-vitamins are gag worthy. I have tried Bariatric Advantage and Bariatric fusion tablets and chewables. All seem to make me want to throw up and one did. I need my vitamins. Any other suggestions from anyone? Hypnosis??? Thanks.

  • there are Patches available for Multivitamin - I think they may even have them in the shop on this site. I personally haven't tried them but have seen posts from others who have. Hopefully one of them

  • I used Wellesse liquid vitamins for the first several weeks after surgery, then switched to Trader Joe's High Potency chewable multi's -- these are very mild flavored. I have my labs drawn regularly

Yes I was told the pills were ok to take.
