I also was on WW. I lost 60#'s. Had gained 40 of it back. Since Sept. I have been counting calories. No caffeine, little booze high Protein, at least 64 oz of Water and have lost 20#'s. I use myfitnesspal and I stay between 1000 and 1200 calories a day. It was hard at first to think about calories instead of points. We'll have to always keep track of calories and protien after surgery. My suggestion would be to start doing that now.
