I have never used it in food but I only had to make sure I had 70grams of protein a day so I just drank 2 pure Protein shakes a day to make sure I had all of my protein

I use Atkins shakes, syntha 6 and also at Vitamin shoppe they have their brand of Isopure called Body Tech.. It's cheaper and to me it taste better.
