  12. I had my surgery nov 14 th and Im down 12 pounds. Surgery weight was 196 and I go from 180-184. Ive been following all structions to a T. The scale hasent change. Is this normal?   15. Yes both regain. Personally I didnt want to huge switch which what comes with bypass and the complications. You havet to train your self totally how to live and eat again or you will gain. Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App

  18. I was self pay but still had to do a 2 week preop diet. It helped get me used to the head hunger issue. Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App
  19. You must walk walk walk right after surgery. I was off pain meds 4 days post op. No gas pains. It helps if your surgeon helps by pushing some of the co2 out after surgery. I was literally walking a couple hours after they brought me to my room. Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App

  24. Is the pain in your stomach chest area? You might be taking to big of gulps or eating too much at 1 time. Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App
  25. My preop was for 2 weeks and it was 2-3 Protein shakes a day( I did priemer protein) ended up only drinking 2 and 1 meal a day 4 oz lean protein and 1/2 cup non startch veggies. Lost 15 pounds Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App
