I was UP 11lbs right after the surgery but that all settled and now back down. I think it's from all the IV fluids and the trauma of surgery. Give it until your 1st Dr follow up appointment.

I had my surgery on 11/10.. I weighed myself a week later and was exactly the same.. very discouraging.. I have my first postop appointment with my surgeon tomorrow and I'm afraid cause I know he's gonna make me get on a scale!

I had my surgery on gastric sleev on 11/11 , I was 7 ibs up when I got home on 11/12... I lost the 7, but I'm only 2 ibs down from day of surgery... it's so disappointing esp when you hear people loose 10 ibs or more their first week!

I tried the unflavored Protein today and I was able to get i muscle milk shake down and I puréed a lentil Soup and added a scoop of the protein to get in my 51grams of protein. I don't feel hungry or full?! I have to get over the head hunger bc when I look at food I think oh if I could it normal I would eat that!! I'm afraid now that what if this is all for nothing!!!!
