Interesting topic...lol. I would say poo still smells like poo. Although at 4 weeks in ( soft food stage) It does smell more like baby poo at this point.

Mine still smells like poop but it isn't the horrendous smell of something that is dying and trying to crawl out of my body like it used to.

I think the amount of Protein shakes impacts the smell regardless of which bariatric surgery.

Had lapband surgery 10/12/16

It's the duodenal switch that commonly causes extra stinky poo and farts.
