Pre op diet question

Is there any reason you can't have one cup of decaf coffee a day, no sugar ,no cream ? Maybe add some Protein powder for flavor.. I'm in day 6 of the diet and holding strong, the only thing that gets to me is that one cup of coffee in the morning, I don't care if it's decaf, I drink decaf all the time before anyways

I'm allowed decaf, every doctor is different you should call yours and ask, everything that I'm allowed to have is on my paper work, so maybe if its not on yours its a no no?
