  14. Constipation

    That is concern for me, as I am on my pre op diet now and have a lot of constipation issues. I have to drink lots of Water and take stool softeners. Then it is iffy. Sent from my PURE XL using the BariatricPal App

  15. Patch VS. Pill?

    I looked into the patch MD. I could find no info about the percentages of the Vitamins in them. I read where Bariatric patients need 2 to 3 times the vitamins of regular people in order to prevent malnutrition. Sent from my PURE XL using the BariatricPal App
