Has anyone ever used a Protein pill to get their protein requirements in?

Oh good!! I wanted to ask about this as well!!

I remember looking into this in the beginning. If I remember correctly, you would have to take so many pills to hit a reasonable protein goal that it would be just as easy to eat something. Plus, you have to drink something when you take the pill.

A protein pill would basically be you just spending a lot of time taking your protein powder and tamping it into gelcaps, then swallowing all the pills, maybe 40-50 of them. I'd think you'd really have to hate protein shakes to go to that length!

BINGO! lol! That's me. I hate the protein shakes so much my body refuses to swallow. It sucks so much. I'm now getting most of my protein in via food thank god.

Mix 4 scoops of unflavored Protein powder with 4 oz milk (I use cashew milk) you have 84 gr of protein. Add it to everything. You can get all the protein you need in a very small volume.

Add 3 TBS powdered Peanut Butter (8gr) to every shake.

Mix 2 scoops of unflavored Protein Powder to a full container of yogurt and cottage cheese increase the protein to 18grams per cup. The vanilla proved is tasty in the yogurt.
