November 27, 20169 yr My date is Dec 1st. Started preop diet on Thanksgiving. Thursday and Friday were horrible but today hasn't been too bad. 600 liquid calories per day for me and I'm down 8 lbs in 2 days. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
