    I had RNY 6 weeks ago in Tijuana Mexico. I gained 13# during my four day hospital stay! But the staff was fantastic. They made sure to keep nausea, pain, and IV's to prevent dehydration. After arriving home my regular Dr. took over with nausea meds! Rough times, I've found to lose weight you must get your protein. Premier Protein shakes have 30g I'm still on liquids. So good luck!
