I'm 7 months out, and I still have a protein shake for breakfast every morning, except on the weekends.. but when I was in the soft stage and sick of protein shakes, I would have yogurt (dannon greek light & fit) with some protein powder added in ... or some cream of wheat- thinned w/ skim milk and a scoop of chocolate protein powder in it-- that was my favorite.
