Patches work great for me.

I'm using patches as well. I got them off of EBay cheaper.

Not sure where you are finding them cheaper on EBay??? The cheapest ones I saw on there were $14.88 plus $2 S/H. I bought mine off of this site for $17 plus I get free auto shipping. So I'll never forget to reorder them. Just more convenient for me.
