Chicken breast without the skin and salads. I had to eat something or I would have really bad migraines to the point where it felt as if I was going to pass out I had spoke with my dietitian she said that it was okay but only a small portion to only have one Small meal a day that consist of a lean meat and a non starchy vegetable

I feel ya! I'm only on day 3 of my 2 week diet and have cheated three meals. I'm so worried that I may have really messed up!
