Please help! Took wrong Vitamin.

Hi everyone. Im freaking out right now! I am 2 weeks post op. I was supposed to start my vit last week. I did but instead of take my MultiVit, i started with Calcium...2 weeks! By mistake. Now im going to start with the rest. Can that affect my pouch? U have lots of anxiety? Could the calcium damage the esophagus? Please help!

    @@Daniella5 I've been taking a multi, calcium, Iron and Vitamin D since I came home, 2 days post-op. It shouldn't hurt you in any way.
