8wks post op

Hi , I'm 8wks out, hw 247, Sw 215, cw 192. I've started eating solid foods, no beef or pork yet. My only challenge are taking some of the Vitamins. Taken after meals still makes me nauseous and I regurgitate. So sometimes I can't take them. My labs. are normal. I'm getting better with my exercises. Due to back and foot surgeries. My weight goal is160lbs.post-305234-14786247503236_thumb.jpg

I use the Vitamin Patches because I just don't want to take up space or time with ingesting them.
