Post op outpatient.

I'm in my hotel room with my husband and was wondering if there's anything I can do to get comfortable for sleep. I'm normally a side sleeper, and it's super hard to get in and out of the bed. It hurts so bad.

Sitting up right with pillows behind me helped me alot for the first week (3wks post). A recliner is definitely a great idea. Try it, it might help.

I slept on my back kind of hitched to one side. Used many pillows.

Post op pain meds helped me sleep also.

Lots of pillows behind your back and head, just prop yourself up at an angle. That's what I did, slept like a baby.
