  2. I wonder if any one is experiencing thin hair?. I was told before surgery that hair lost is one of the side effects. My hair is thinning and this is not funny. Has any one tried anything that has helped? I am great full with my weight lost at this point, hopefully still to loose more a little stalling but that's okay.   5. This was normal for me. I went plateau for a month, your body becomes use to what's going on and is holding back. Try increase your exercise a little more AS U CAN TOLERATE, then u are confusing your body with something new.   10. I had my sleeves 7weeks, lost 26lb, went for my appointment yesterday and I gained 2 lb some how disappointed . I have been following my meal plans I just don't know where I went wrong. Any help or suggestions Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  13. Same here, Protein shakes too thick for me I am 3wks out. I have been taking Isopure, it is more thin liquid and 40gm of protein per bottle, it works for me. Try it. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  15. Sitting up right with pillows behind me helped me alot for the first week (3wks post). A recliner is definitely a great idea. Try it, it might help. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  16. 3wks after surgery I am suppose to be in a puree diet but it is had to get it down. One tsp of yogurt I am so full for hrs, I can't finish a whole egg. I find comfort still with liquids and I have been sticking to it to get down my Protein in take and Water for hydration. Anybody with this same issues pls. Lost 21Ib.
