Lean deli slices

Low fat cheese

These and Premier Protein shakes are pretty much all I eat now while on soft foods. This week I am going to try and implement some soft fruit and more veggies.

Hi all! I was sleeved on 10/24 and I can't get over my thirst. The problem is that I want Water all the time. I try to drink 3oz at a time but by doing this I end up neglecting my Protein shakes.

I'm honestly not sure that I'm getting enough protein in and I get worried. I also had a moment of weakness and had a bit of Tropicana oJ.

How often do u guys eat? Can u share a typical day at this early stage?

Are you not allowed to have juice?

I don't think I can yet because of the sugar content and high carbs.
