Have you tried dairy? Oikos yougurt, soft cheeses, fairlife milk, or super soft eggs? I like to do a 1 part fairlife to 3 parts liquid eggs with one laughing cow wedge. It makes super soft eggs that dont weep liquid. A four ounce serving ends up at 100cals and 14g Protein.

ETA - The eggs sounded better than the yogurt I had grabbed so i put it back and made myself some.

Things could be worse. Everything could taste wonderful and sound awesome. These early days are the perfect time to get into the habit of eating out of necessity as opposed to eating because it just sounds good.

Most stuff felt like a food torpedo taking up all the space I my belly. Lol but the. I pulled back for half a week and tried again. Now only half of it feels like a food torpedo. Lol! I'm gonna try cheeses this week and soft eggs. Is ketchup ok? Just a bit?

I'm looking forward to eggs. Anything savoury with garlic (soups) tastes pretty good, but everything else I see people eating isn't appealing at all.

It's a blessing to me! I used to smell food or see food ads and then obsess about eating, now I can't even stand the smell! It's brilliant!
