Potatoes

I have seen a lot of posts about people eating potatoes or potato Soups. I am 8 days post-op and really would like something than what I have been eating and potato soups sound good. Is there a particular kind or brand? I have read that potatoes can make the sleeve swell. So that is where I am stuck at. Please help!

It's high carb so a Soup built of that and cream may not be your best choice. At the same time Penn Gillette lost 100 lbs on a potato and salad diet in like 3 months.

You could try cream of cauliflower or cream of broccoli soup. Very similar but without the potatoes.
