Advice please!

What do you all do when you eat something that doesn't agree with you?!

What helps you get over that "feeling"?

I just had a few bites of egg salad and I'm about to puke, I have this tight knot feeling in my stomach! Ughhh

Please help!

I would just rest until you feel better. I just had egg salad too - I feel fine but couldn't finish even one egg. Alot of people have issues with eggs at first.

eggs always do that to me, yet I keep trying them. I actually feel a heaviness and nauseous feeling when i eat them.

Because it has happened so many times to me, I will usually try a bite or two and then wait. The feeling will pass in a bout an hour or so.

I love eggs.....they despise me now.

I usually lie down on my left side. It really helps with it going down. I use PAPAYA ENZYMES for gas and they also aid digestion They feel like they make stuff go down faster. I buy them at Walmart for less than $5.00. They are natural so I don't worry about using them. I'm not a DR. but they have helped me so many times. Please check with your Dr before you take them. Good Luck
