Remember you were lying flat on your back on a firm flat surface for quite a while.

    After I had surgery I had pain which was due to gas. I am not sure they still use gas to make more room available to do the procedure. The gas will eventually escape naturally, but did cause pain in different parts of my body for a week or so.
