No surgery date yet it looks like February if all goes well. Ok on living in NY so you know cold I normally like to take off a month after Christmas and do the snow bird thing to FL but this surgery is more important. Can you still have coffee if any or is it decaf only?I have a Poland Spring cooler being delivered today I got to get more Water in I'm told. I definitely decided I'm going for the sleeve I already lost about 30lbs eating Protein and low carb and having a Protein shake everyday. I'm so determined to get my life back including buying another Harley lolI'm in the NJ area and it's cold but hope to get some exercise in next. I wish you all the best I hope we can stay in touch.
