first day of liquid diet and i am starving!!! Surgery coming up this Thursday-crazy nervous :o :blush: ;-) <_< :unsure:

      Take it day by day it is very hard I get it but I promise you it gets easier... I'm on my 2nd week of liquid diet my surgery is on 11/2 Sent from my SM-N915T using the BariatricPal App

    It's by far (at least to me) THE worst part of it all. There is a lot to look forward to! You could do it :D.

    Hang in There, the first 3 to 4 days for me were the worst but after that I felt better. I'm on my 2nd week with surgery Next Wednesday. Good Luck with your surgery.
