  2. I have the same issue.. so strange. Not sure what causes it but it's been happening to me since my surgery in November every time I eat or drink. I also had Hiatal Hernia surgery, if you find out anything let me know.
  3. Sounds like you are doing great, 20lbs in 6 weeks is really good. At 6 weeks out you shouldn't be able to really eat any meat. I think I started out with Tuna or Chicken salad before trying anything else. Are you drinking Protein Shakes? that will definitely help with getting the required protein in.
  4. I started pre-op diet at 283, surgery weight 253 now at 196 for the last 6 weeks!! These stalls are killing me not to mention that I have been pushing what I eat which doesn't help with the stalls at all!! Need to get back on track, total loss of 87 lbs with 57 lbs since surgery.

  6. I feel the same way, i had blood work done and all of my levels are good. I was sleeved Nov. 2nd and this has just hit me over the last three weeks or so and i just cant' get past it. I also use the Vitamin Patches but since the blood work came out good i believe they are working just fine. I have been dealing with a non-stop runny nose too, so weird!! let me know if you get any answers or start to feel better.
  7. Sleeved 11/2/2016 5'6 SW 253 CW 207 I feel great but according to my scale I am losing muscle too, this has me feeling disappointed! I am walking and started weight training but not sure if that is helping.

  11. sounds like a good plan, I feel like i'm obsessed with the scale!! I'm with you i had pant from 16-22 in my closet, I am currently in my 16's for the last week or so. I'm with you can't wait to shop at "regular" stores!!!
  12. I'm 5 weeks out and the doctor approved solid foods at 4 weeks. I'm able to eat chicken breast, rotisserie chicken, potato's (which i don't do very often), Tuna, Chicken salad... etc.. the only things i am not eating right now is fresh veggies, salad, steak and i haven't really tried ground beef at all. I tried a meatball once and it didn't go down very well. i'll wait a few more weeks to try again. Still trying to eat low carb!!!

  14. I had a hard time with fruits, maybe because of the sugar content. Have you tried cottage cheese or unsweetened applesauce? Those seemed to be the easiest for me to digest at first. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. I have the same issue and had my follow up appointment with my surgeon I Friday. I not only was dehydrated but started to lose muscle. I was tired and dizzy really not feeling good. Since then I keep my Water with me at ALL times and just sip. I feel better after just a day of getting 60oz. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. Yes one patch is enough it has 200% of your daily value. I was sleeved on Nov 2nd and use them everyday. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  18. I am in my third week and have the same issue. Today I actually got sick not sure if it was the premier Protein shake which I only took a few drinks or the egg I had this morning. Very frustrated right now and my energy is draining!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. You may be right.. Water has been tough to get down. My doctors plan is purred food at day 13 to 30. I will push my self to drink more. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. I used the small fruit cups I'll check the sweetener used. Thanks everyone for the advice. I will be trying one new food per day from now on. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. I didn't purée the scrambled egg, maybe that was it. Should I try a hard boiled egg pured with light mayo? Maybe that will be better Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. yesterday was my second day of puree foods and so in the morning i had 1/2 of a scrambled egg, drank 1/2 premier Protein shake for a snack and at lunch had 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with 4 small chucks of peaches pureed together, drank the other 1/2 of my premier Protein Shake and for dinner had 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes. i woke up at 1:30 in the morning feeling very sick, i felt terrible and couldn't go back to sleep. Did I eat too much? Very worried...
