October 24, 20169 yr I just got my approval for Dr. Fernando Garcia. I work in the Medical field and many (10) of my colleagues have had a successful experience with no complications. October 24, 20169 yr Do you mind me asking what procedure you plan on doing? I guess I would just say that i caution you against getting the band in Mexico.. from what I have read and seen first hand, it is extremely difficult to find someone in the US to accept you to adjust it. And you will require adjustment for success. If that's your preferred route you might want to make sure someone local is willing to accept you post surgery. October 25, 20169 yr Oh ok, just wondering. I am just starting my journey hopefully I'll be approved through insurance here, if not going to dr. Fernando Garcia too. I've read great reviews from him too. Dr. Ortiz also has great review but is a couple thousand more, but he has also trained surgeons in the US for the sleeve.
