I didn't poo for 13 days. THIRTEEN. When I finally did, the sun shined a little brighter, the sky looked a little bluer and the birds chirped a little louder. It was an amazing day I'll never forge

  • Ask your dr . . . we had to take Dulcolax + Milk of Magnesia if we went over 3 days with no pooping.

Little in, little out.

If your Dr approves, stools softeners, Fiber or Miralax.

Stool softeners are a small miracle on earth. Just sayin!

I'd say it's more on the normal side to be 5 days post-op with no bowel movement. Walking after eating was what made it happen for me in the first month or so. I'd 'eat' my dinner (eat, drink...whatever) then go out and walk a mile or so. Magic :)

Milk of magnesia works wonders!
