October 22, 20169 yr Sounds great my date is November 28th and I'm nervous as hell! But I've personally seen it work for others praying it'll be a success for me as well, it's hard enough being cigarette free for 10 months! cold turkey and a wonderful support group. I bought a huge variety of drinks today for my 7 days of liquid pre-op and got two flavors of Meal Replacement shakes!! So excited!!! November 4, 20169 yr Had my sleeve surgery on the 2nd. Now I am home, drinking my Water, following the breathing instructions and walking. Things went much better than I feared. November 5, 20169 yr Sleeved on Nov 1st for me! It's not been too bad, had a very large hernia repaired as well. The worst part so far has been the shortness of air when standing, walking. 1 week follow up on 11/7. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
