Freaking out going to surgeon tomorrow, 8 days post op headache, bloated, can't keep sugars up, getting Protein and drinking min of 60 oz a day h20. I'm five days postop. I was able to have yogurt today which was wonderful. Still finding it difficult to get in on my fluids but I'm making sure that I'm doing the shakes. My back is really sore and I'm thinking that most of the anesthesia is out of my body right now , Which feels good in itself.....So I napped during Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and I figured when everyone left I would make a big pot of homemade turkey Soup thinking that it would be so much better than the box stuff, today I savored every sip!
