Has anybody used GENEPRO, odoured, or nectar? Needing help to get my Protein in. And was recommended all but genepro I'm seeing is a scam

I bought the GENEPRO. I'm 2 weeks post op and using it to supplement. I'm drinking premier Protein shake, eating cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to get protein as well. I'm not sure if it's a scam as I have read both sides. How can you tell who is telling the truth. I will ask dietician at my one month post op appointment. But I figure at this point as long as it's giving me some extra protein and doesn't have too much taste it's better than nothing.

Kblanc I recommend Inspire Protein. I just bought the blueberry cheesecake, the Mexican chocolate, and the Peanut Butter cookie protein powder shake mix. So you mix one scoop to 4 ounces of Water or almond milk whatever your preference. It only has 20 g of protein but then again it's only 4 ounces and it's very thin and it's easy to drink it taste great! I also ordered the premade coffee drinks they offer I thought the really good hope you give them a try good luck

I've tried just about every Protein on the market, and the one I like the very best is TLS. It mixes easily and tastes really good -- 2 choices and the whey has more protein.
