Torani sugar free syrups blended with instant coffee and topped with premier Protein is delicious. You can use any flavors of syrup and protein. I personally like the sugar free caramel torani syrup with the vanilla Premier Protein and ice.

If you like to make your own, I make a concoction of: 1 scoop powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate supreme (you can use any brand of powder you like) 6-7 oz of Fairlife milk, 1-2 tbsp PBFit powder, 1-2 tsp instant coffee, (decaf if your plan from your doc requires) & 5-6 ice cubes & blend it all up (use less ice / more milk if you don't like thick shakes). Also, The Bariatric Foodie Guide to Perfect Protein shakes book by Nikki Massie has been a great source of recipes and inspiration for me! (Got it on Amazon). Good luck! :-)
