In very small amounts it should be okay for most people when on soft foods. Dried fruit is very high in calories, carbs, and sugar so you definitely want it to be an occasional thing in small servings

It is early. I had 3 small apricots and it didn't sit well. On to the "try again later" list they go

Thanks. 5 apricots is 100cal, I only ate 3. I need extra calories right now, as odd as it sounds - I'm averaging 40p a day400

Hi all,
I'm on stage 4 now - slowly making the transition off mushies. So I take several "meals" to work since I never know what my sleeve will like. Tried dried apricots this morning. They went down fine, but now have serious heartburn (I take a PPI and haven't had a problem with heartburn thus far). Anyone know if dried fruit is ok? I'm 4 weeks out.
