Head spins

I am 2 weeks post op and since last night I'm getting extreme head spins... I didn't get enough Protein in yesterday and didn't drink enough Water either.. could it be becuz of that? I'm really stressed cuz my head is spinning very badly still

Try some broth too (for the sodium). If they don't get better - call your surgeon. It could be a reaction to a medication or Vitamin too.

I agree on the possible dehydration. Do you take blood pressure meds? If your pressure gets to low that van cause lightheadedness.

When in doubt, always a good idea to let your Dr know.
