BEST protien shake option

Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for the best Protein shake out there. I don't care if it is pre-mixed or not. I have looked at powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury, but it seems like people are saying that though the protein is good, it doesn't have any other Vitamins or minerals. I am looking for the best most well rounded option. Low carb, high quality protein, Vitamin and minerals. Cost isn't a huge issue, mostly looking for high quality. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks all, premier Protein is what I currently drink and I agree, great taste and great macros. I just wondered if the protein not being a whey isolate mattered or not?

I could be wrong but my understanding from my nutritionist is that tge whey isolate part only applies to buying a Protein Powder bc it basically means it's Fluid soluble

So the premier Protein does not have whey in it and that is what makes it taste better? I can't stand that whey taste too over powering. I have had a hard time finding a good Protein Drink

Yes I believe that's correct and it doesn't have that chalky taste that most powder drinks do

I will have to try them

if u like chocolate. I recommend the chocolate ones. I really dislike the vanilla ones but some ppl like them so who knows. They also have strawberries cream and some Walmarts carry the banana too..never had that. costco carries only chocolate vanilla and strawberry in cases of 18 but Walmart has little 4 packs

Am I the only one who doesn't like Premier?? I have a multi pack from amazon, tried the chocolate and thought yuck! I have vanilla and strawberry to try as well.

Nope. I think they're disgusting, overly sweet and nutritionally not as sound as many other (whey Protein isolate) choices. AND My nutritionist forbids them unless it's a dire emergency.

I haven't tried it yet but I was totally shocked that someone said Pure Protein was their favorite. I poured that nasty crap down the drain. To each their own I guess.

What do you drink? I'm hoping to be able to get my protein with food ASAP.

What's your favorite right now?

Isopure unflavored, Atkins Protein drink-lemon, Thrive-chocolate and vanilla and one I picked up at Trader Joe's-chocolate (can't remember the name and I'm not at home)
