  2. So the premier Protein does not have whey in it and that is what makes it taste better? I can't stand that whey taste too over powering. I have had a hard time finding a good Protein Drink Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I have never tried Protein drinks with Water just milk, I guess to scared to make changes. Might have to try also. I am terrible about getting protein in. I tried isopure but too much of the whey taste for me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I had my surgery August 1. I have lost several inches and I am 3 pounds away from losing 43 pounds. The hardest part for me is getting to get motivated for the toning and trying to do something about the extra skin now. If you have any ideas or things I can use would be great.
