Smoking ****** post-op

Hi everyone,

I was just curious if anyone knows if it's okay to smoke hookah after the sleeve. I'm 10 days post-op. Feeling great.

Thank you guys!

I haven't asked my surgeon and wasn't planning to...Not desperate to smoke.

Although I should have, i never did console this with my surgeon. Smoking can cause ulcers during the healing process ive been told. And i believe it. Having said that though, I did manage to smoke just 2 weeks after my procdure, which helped with my nasuea immensely, and im doing just fine, dropping weight like a mad man.

I like that you asked, because prior to my surgery, i was very curious about this. There arent many topics on this and the ones around are usually negative towards the original poster. I know ill sound like a hypocryite, but I wouldnt recommend it just because you are still healing. I wish you the best though. Ill leave my progress below.

Highest weight - 322

Surgery weight (8/16/2016) - 308.5

Current weight (10/11/2016) - 244.2

Good luck :)

Definitely wait an bit longer. I would say 1 month is safer I didn't until 3 months.
