Kidney pain with nausea?

Only twice so far have I eaten things that didn't agree with me - ricotta bake, and now avocado. First I get nauseous but it is soon trumped by stabbing kidney pain. I'm on week 4 and get in at least 48oz of Water plus a shake, so I don't think it's dehydration.

Am I alone in this? Has it happened to anyone else? My food was mushed and I was reading for school, taking a bite each page so I know it wasn't eating too fast (think that might have been the ricotta error) and it was smashed up really well. I put lemon juice and salt on it.

@@rolosmom7 Do you happen to still have your gallbladder? If not - then it could be kidney stones.

No gallbladder - lost it last year. I don't think it's kidney stones (thank GOD, been there twice already) because it lets up once the nausea passes. I'm not sure if it's my endometriosis acting up more than it already is, or if anyone else felt back/kidney pain if something didn't agree with the sleeve.

It could be an UTI
