Killin it

Ive lost 51 pounds since Aug 1 and now weigh 199. I haven't weighed in the one hundreds in 4+ years... I'm not losing as quickly as I was in the beginning but that is to be expected. If I had to guess I'd say I lose between 2-3 pounds/week.
