My surgery was 9/26 and it takes me about 15 minutes to drink 4oz. My plan said to start with four oz an hour and I have just kept with that. Now I am taking about an hour and 15 to drink a premier protein shake.

How much liquid/water can you drink after being sleeved?

@@mari12282

looks like you and @@Raynbolite @@Jen-2+1 are all newbies

PO many people have trouble drinking water/protein shakes

you must force/push yourself to drink

drink slowly, sips here and there do add up

if you don't drink enough you might become dehydrated

about 3 weeks PO, i was dehydrated

it was awful - they had to fill me with fluids/IV

spent the night at the hospital

i'll always remember the date

it was Valentines Day!!!

asap you can/should/must drink minimum 64 oz

the more you drink the better

try drinking Water at room temperature

crystal light is also a good alternative to water

drinking to your health

good luck
