Yes I had the shots from day of surgery until tomorrow!!! Thank god.... They teach u how to give them in hospital... Not a pleasant thing 3 times a day but very important to follow through for blood clot prevention and health!!! It will go by quick...

@@stillme, from my husbands experience it gets easier for the most part but he still struggles with exactly what you just ate. He is scared of the dumping syndrome so he avoids sweets at all costs oh and carbs. He does eat carbs but very little. Now that I think of it we tried to have hibachi and that night was awful for him... not sure if what he experienced was the dumping syndrome though
