    Happy Birthday, my October sisters. I made a commitment to myself last year that it would be the LAST year my weight controlled me. I had my sleeve on 9/28 and my birthday is tomorrow. Feeling so good about making good on this promise to myself. Even told my hubby "no presents this year- you are going to be buying me SO MANY new clothes! :)"

    I am Day 7, and other than feeling a little weak and tired this morning, am feeling better than I have in the last week. More confident I can do this.

    That is what I have been saying this year! This will be my last birthday this heavy and unhealthy!!!! Happy birthday to you! I'm so happy you're doing well!
