Let's talk about vitamins

So, Vitamins. My surgeon's team recommends Celebrate or Optisource. Also Opurity. What does everyone enjoy? There are too many choices - all combined, separate Calcium and b12. All kinds of info.

What has worked for y'all?

my Vitamins I take is Bari active its okay I had a hard time remembering when to take my vitamins so I had to set a alarm to remind me . lol....

I bought a huge bottle of celebrate and regret it. I can't tolerate the taste and am working with the company to return/exchange. My fault totally. Had a sample, thought it wasn't bad and bought 180 to save $. If I can return them, I think I'll just get Flintstones complete.

We have to take the Bariatric Advantage Vitamins that the doctor's office sells. They are gigantic capsules and you have to take one capsule 3 times per day. I just started on those today (Day 7).

I do take separate Vitamins as I can't swallow big pills (even before the surgery I will gag with the prenatal when I was pregnant). I am taking a Multivitamin from walgreens that the nurse practitioner at my Dr's office recommend me, they are super tiny and easy to swallow. I have a b12 that is sublingual and tastes like cherry, I take d3, and recently got a liquid calcium. I was taking citracal petite, but they were still huge for me. I tried the Flintstone and the celebrate multivitamin and didn't like the chalky taste/feeling.
