    Hi I also had the lap band and sleeved on march 2,2016 my total weight loss has been low .So my nutrient lowered my calorie intake ,Maybe you should get in touch with your Nutrionist and write every down you eat .

    everyone is different , but I took a week of my surgery was march 2 and I came back to work on march 8 and I was fine. but always consult with your doctor.
