New to forum

Hi eveyone I am new and don't really know the ins and outs of the app yet but wanted to introduce myself. My name is Misty I will be 29 on November 22nd. I am in the beginning phases of this and am scheduled for my first appt with Dr. T.C. Lackey in Sebring, FL January 2nd. (I am a truck driver and its hard to get home during the holiday's that's why I am waiting til then) My highest weight was 526 and my current weight is 472. I am so tired of being miserable and sick all the time. I have lymphedema in both lower extrimities, obstructive sleep apnea, pcos and, insulin resistance. I am so afraid that if I don't get this weight off of me I will DIE. I have always struggled with my weight since I was in about 3rd grade. Anyway I really welcome any and all info, encouragement and, friendship!
