Restriction

What to do when you don't feel restriction...

am I freaking myself out? Why can I fit so much more than what you've all been able to?

I've called surgeon. He reassured me that nothing's wrong.

I'm changing things up tomorrow as far as no carb. I am very low carb but going no carb. Back to shakes if possible. Just bummed. And stalling, as posted earlier.

Sure I can't fit the same amount of food as prior to surgery and I never force anything. But I'm never uncomfortable, never feel restricted, and have never ever had a weird or adverse reaction to anything I've tried. Ever.
