Ringing in my Ears!

So I'm 2 days out of op and my right ear keeps doing this whooshing in & out like sinus blocking but on repeat every second. Anyone else have this problem? Is it a side effect from the surgery? Any help here is appreciated!

    My ears were popping, and my Dr said it was reflux..
