Pureed food recommendations

I just passed the two week mark and have been cleared to eat pureed foods.

I just tried pureeing some light chicken noodle Soup (just a few noodles), and that just created a foamy, over-salted mess. I made a smoothy, but then I wondered if the seeds from the strawberries, almost impossible to strain out, were a problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions on pureed foods other than mashed potatoes and chicken/tune salad?

Thank you!

Advice, leave off the mashed potatoes. Google puréed foods after iatrochemistry and get plenty of answers and ideas! Good luck!

"After Bariatric surgery". Good grief where do these words come from??????

Hummus, puréed soups, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt

Make it great, savor the new tastes!

My doctor told me to stay away from soups with any Pasta. Or anything that is hard on the stomach(spicy). But I went and got a black bean and corn soup it has a kick. But it's great!
