3 months Post-Op

How much have you lost at 3 months? Where did you start? I started at 306 and I'm only at 259.

I am at 3 months as well. I have lost 45 lbs BUT, but... that is two clothing sizes for me! I don't care what the scale says as much as what my clothing says. I have been pulling clothes out of the closet everyday. Love, love, love it! I am wearing a size 14 for the first time in decade. I can't wait to see size 10.

Y'all need to erase this "only" word from your vocabulary! I lost just under 40 lbs in the first 3 months and I thought I was doing great, as did my medical team. So maybe technically slower than any of you -- and yes I was a heavyweight -- but I still managed to lose over 200 lbs and get to my goal weight. It isn't a race, and comparing your weight loss to other people is generally a recipe for unhappiness. To quote Teddy Roosevelt, comparison is the thief of joy.

I agree....you all are doing amazing!! Everyone loses at different rates...it's not all about the numbers but in how you feel. Weight loss is weight loss and any weight loss is good!! Keep up the awesome work!
