September 21 was my 6 month anniversary. All blood work levels are normal. Cholesterol, thyroid, Vitamin d, Iron, sugar and high blood pressure is normal. Dropped 112 pounds. Eating 80-90 grams of Protein a day. Walk about 2 miles a day. In the words of James Brown. I FEEL GOOD!
